Things to Do

Pioneering: Some pioneering poles are available for use.
Hiking Routes: There's more information here.
Wood fires: The site has designated fire areas, altar fires, and a supply of wood. Please note that any unused wood must be returned to the wood pile.
Cub Naturalist Badge: All of the requirements and equipment for the badge are available, including a worksheet that can be photocopied.
Handcrafts: A stock of handcraft equipment is available, including cardboard tubes, plastic containers, paper, pencils, and scissors (but no glue).
Indoor Shooting and Archery: This can be made available depending on use of the site by other groups. Please note that no firearms, air weapons, or bows are to be used without the prior written permission of the Site Manager. The Site Manager's contact details can be found here.
