Camping and Hire Fees
All fees shown are per 24 hour period or part thereof (apart from the fees for evening use). The rate depends on whether the group is part of Cambridgeshire Scouting ("In County"), part of the wider Scout movement ("Outside County"), or a separate organization.

Notes
- The prices quoted above are correct for 2012.
- Charges for room hire include the use of electricity and gas. There is a separate fee of £5.00 per day for use of cutlery, plates, and mugs.
- The rate for "Other Organizations" applies only to registered charities and groups of equavalent status. The campsite is not available to the general public. Bookings from profit-making organizations are occasionally possible, but incur a higher fee.
Deposits
When booking, an estimate of numbers and a non-returnable deposit are required. The deposit is 25% of the estimated full cost, rounded up to the nearest multiple of 50p. The minimum deposit is £10, except when the whole site is booked, in which case the minimum deposit is £100.
